    who is a "Go getter" early riser? wh is a lazy bum sleeping in?

    OK... I'll go first. I'm a 530 am guy. love the quiet time, especially with three kiddies still sleeping. time to work out, sip coffee, watch news. read paper, all before work at 8am.

    Work nights:
    Bed at midnight. Up at 6:00 AM, in the office sort of fresh depending on prior nights alcohol consumption at 7:15 AM.

    I think I'm a freaking vampire. Up until midnight during the week and 3:00 AM on the weekends. I can't roll out of bed during the week until 8:00 or so. Late to work everyday.
